We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
- Able to analyze multiple customer credentials in between daily phone calls and emails.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proficient in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fosters positive customer relationships, aligning customer needs with business strategy to achieve successful outcomes. Accountable for customer satisfaction and commitment.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
