We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support; they love talking to people and proactively solving issues. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
  • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
  • Able to analyze multiple customer credentials in between daily phone calls and emails.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proficient in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fosters positive customer relationships, aligning customer needs with business strategy to achieve successful outcomes. Accountable for customer satisfaction and commitment.
  • A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
