Customer Success Manager

Job Type: Full-Time
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the trusted advisor and advocate for our clients, guiding them toward maximum value from our products and services. You will lead the post-sales & implementation journey, driving product adoption, resolving issues, and identifying upsell opportunities—while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand goals, drive product adoption, and ensure success
- Monitor customer health scores, engagement metrics, and satisfaction levels; take proactive steps to mitigate churn
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to provide seamless customer experiences
- Manage renewals and identify upsell or expansion opportunities
- Grow ARR & NRR
- Develop customer-centric reports and success plans based on business insights
- Advocate for the customer internally by providing feedback on features, roadmaps, and service improvements
- Represent the voice of the customer in strategic planning sessions
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for solving problems
- Strategic thinker who can translate customer needs into actionable outcomes
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), customer engagement platforms (e.g. Churnzero), and analytics
- Experience with SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or tech platforms preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a bias for action
