🌟 About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the trusted advisor and advocate for our clients, guiding them toward maximum value from our products and services. You will lead the post-sales & implementation journey, driving product adoption, resolving issues, and identifying upsell opportunities—while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand goals, drive product adoption, and ensure success
  • Monitor customer health scores, engagement metrics, and satisfaction levels; take proactive steps to mitigate churn
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to provide seamless customer experiences
  • Manage renewals and identify upsell or expansion opportunities
  • Grow ARR & NRR
  • Develop customer-centric reports and success plans based on business insights
  • Advocate for the customer internally by providing feedback on features, roadmaps, and service improvements
  • Represent the voice of the customer in strategic planning sessions
💡 Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for solving problems
  • Strategic thinker who can translate customer needs into actionable outcomes
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), customer engagement platforms (e.g. Churnzero), and analytics
  • Experience with SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or tech platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a bias for action
